Economics
Introduction:
Economics was one of the introductory courses when the college was established in 1986 at intermediate level. The Bachelor’s level program started its functions in 1992 since then the department is known for its national standard and quality education. The Master’s degree program was introduced in 1997 under the guidance of M/s Abida Arshad, the Head of the Department.
The department produces brilliant students which play a prudent role in the development of our country by serving in various financial and educational institutions like banks, finance departments and educational institutions.

Co-Curricular Activities
Department arranges regular seminars and conferences related to the current economic affairs which increases the awareness of students at national and international level. Annual trips are arranged for the students to minimize their educational stress.
